How do I make a reservation?
We offer several booking formulas: Standard booking; A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, cancellable up to 7 days before arrival without charge. Non-cancellable booking; Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Offer with complimentary breakfast; Only a credit card number is required to guarantee the booking. For all bookings, please provide your full name, telephone number, email address, and credit card details. We accept payment by cash, VISA, MasterCard, and AMEXCO.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Check-in at the establishment is possible from 3:00 pm, and check-out by 11:30 pm. If you plan to arrive after the normal check-in time, please inform us in advance (late arrival possible on request).

The Lodge Sainte Hélène reception is open every day from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Our teams are at your disposal during these hours to assist you with any queries you may have and to make your stay as pleasant as possible. For assistance outside these hours, please leave a message on our voicemail.

We love animals, but due to our proximity to the pond and local wildlife, we unfortunately cannot accept pets at Lodge Sainte Hélène. This measure ensures the tranquility of our natural environment and the comfort of all our guests.
Is the hotel suitable for families?
We only have double lodges with lake views. If you’d like to bring your family, you’ll need to reserve at least two lodges, which we can of course arrange side by side.
Is the hotel adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the Lodge Sainte Hélène is equipped to welcome people with reduced mobility. We have a PMR room with an Italian shower, and all common areas meet PMR standards. For any specific request or for more information on our adapted facilities, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

The Lodge Sainte Hélène doesn’t have a traditional restaurant, but offers a unique culinary experience with our breakfast brunch buffet served from 8:00 to 11:00. We also offer tapas platters, available to order before 6:00 pm, which you can enjoy on your private terrace as the sun sets. The Lodge Sainte Hélène features a unique swimming pool, nicknamed the “water cube”, which is integrated into the surrounding natural landscape. This pool is open to all our guests during the season, from February to November, and is heated from June to September (depending on weather conditions) to ensure your comfort. Situated almost at the level of the pond, it offers breathtaking views and a perfect setting for relaxing and watching the local birds and magnificent sunsets. Towels provided.
